Most parts orders are shipped within one working day from Duraflex. We offer UPS, FedEx, and USPS for shipping out parts. For speedier transit you may select:

If you need to return a part(s) please call Duraflex for authorization along with the reason you are returning the part(s). Restocking fees will apply.

If you need to return a board or stand, please call Duraflex for authorization along with the reason for the return. Please note that you are responsible for return freight charges and restocking fees. Refunds will be determined after freight has been received and examined.


Duraflex International is not liable for pricing errors. If you place an order for a product that was incorrectly priced, we will cancel your order and credit you for any charges. In the event that we inadvertently ship an order based on a pricing error, we will issue a revised invoice to you for the correct price and contact you to obtain your authorization for the additional charge, or assist you with return of the product. If the pricing error results in an overcharge to you, Duraflex International will credit your account for the amount overcharged. If you are at a residential address and do not check the “residential address” checkbox, Duraflex will add the additional charges to your card.

Duraflex International reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason it deems necessary, and will promptly refund any charges made.
